Yesterday I finished my new training plan for the coming season. The aim is to go as fast as I can and check if a sub-10 finish would be realistic in the near future.
At the Barcelona Challenge this year the goal is to finish somewhere in between 10.15 and 10.45.
Knowing that the run is my weak spot I have to focus on that without overdoing it.
It's going to be a hard nut to crack, but it's worth trying.
