Salomon on top

I took a big decision, after the shoes,the backpack had to be ordered.
I decided to buy the Salomon's XA 20M backpack with the Salomon's custom frontpack. It's a 20L backpack with a  4L chestpack. Now I have to train with it and evaluate if this is the gear that will work for me.

N°64

N° 64 will be my official startnumber for the 2012 Marathon des Sables. Training has already started, slowly,  but from this week on we will take it to the next level.
From now one I will run on a daily basis with no real resting days. This doesn't mean that I won't rest but every day I will run a minimum.
Yesterday i bought a new pair of running shoes, Salomon speedcross 2 and if I like them I will use the 3 to run the MdS.

I still find it hard to decide which backpack Iwill use, next week I will make a decision on this subject.
From next week on I will post my trainingschedule for the 2012MdS.
