Sub-10
Yesterday I finished my new training plan for the coming season. The aim is to go as fast as I can and check if a sub-10 finish would be realistic in the near future.
At the Barcelona Challenge this year the goal is to finish somewhere in between 10.15 and 10.45.
Knowing that the run is my weak spot I have to focus on that without overdoing it.
It's going to be a hard nut to crack, but it's worth trying.

Gravad Lax
Today I tried recipe from a Belgian TV chef called Jeroen Meus. Jezus the dry marinated salmon was unbelievable, it was one of the best things I've ever tried to make at home.

After calling my good friend Kurt, I decided to enter the Barcelona Challenge. The competition I had to mis last year due to personal issues.
This is the first competition in the quest for my new goal, going SUB10. A lot off my friends tell me I'm crazy but after finishing the marathon des sables, nothing is impossible.
