Last week our project suddenly became reality. About a year ago I received a phone call from a colleague in Belgium with the question if I was interested to participate in the 2012 Marathon des Sables. I didn't need much time to say yes but there were some practical problems such as entrance fee, solo or in team, etc...
After some phone calls we decided to run in team and we would look for some sponsors, but the most important decision was that we would link out expedition to a good cause.
So here we are now, application is accepted, Team Quest is born and we are running to raise some funds for cancer research (name of the project will follow later).
Our team will keep you informed about the project, the training and the sponsoring.
